Terms of Service

All services provided by HostWP.io (“HostWP.io”), a project by WPdots LLC, may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state, or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The user agrees to indemnify and hold HostWP.io harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the user or any other party.

HostWP.io will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. HostWP.io makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the service we provide. HostWP.io disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting in delays, no deliveries, wrong deliveries, and any and all service interruptions caused by HostWP.io and its employees. HostWP.io reserves the right to change its policies at any time without prior notification.

Uptime

HostWP.io endeavours to have a network uptime of 99%.

Payment Policy

Your hosting account will be activated immediately after a manual verification as soon as you complete the order by paying the invoice. Users will receive invoices that are sent via email approximately one week before they are due. Invoices are to be paid on or by the date on the invoice. Failure to comply will result in your account being suspended after 7 days of non-payment and terminated after 14 days of non-payment. If at any time your account becomes past due or inactive for any reason, we reserve the right to change your rate to match the current prices. We reserve the right to deny any order. Credit card orders: If your order is processed you may be asked to send us a copy of your credit card for security reasons before your account is activated. All orders are subject to being denied. All credit card payments are automatically billed every month or yearly, based on your billing cycle.

Permanent Data Deletion Policy

If you wish to request the deletion of your data, whether from our services or our newsletter, you can contact us at support@hostwp.io. We will permanently delete your data upon request or remove it from specific services such as our newsletters, as per your preference. Please note that once your data is permanently deleted from our systems, it cannot be recovered.

Payments are due every month on the date of registration. Payments are considered late after 2 days following the due date. If the account is not paid on the due date, HostWP.io will terminate the user’s service. Once the service is cancelled, any data on the server will not be recoverable. It may take up to 30 days to completely remove the data from our backup servers. HostWP.io is not liable for any lost data due to non-payment.

Abuse

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to HostWP.io’s servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or user of HostWP.io is strictly prohibited. As our user, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be canceled without a chance of a refund. Server abuse includes but is not limited to the following:

1. CPU/Resource-intensive Programs
   
2. Denial of Service Attacks
   
3. Hacking/cracking of any kind (This includes exploits)
   
4. Account trading
   
5. Spamming
   
6. Adult content
   
7. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, trademarks, or any other illegal content. Examples: Movies, MP3s, Pirated Software, Hacker Programs, or Warez Sites.
   
8. Warez, image/file dump, mirror, or ad services. Not allowed
   
9. Sale of controlled substances or online pharmacies. Not allowed
   
10. Autosurf sites, investment sites, escrow, HYIP, bank debenture programs, or lottery sites. Not allowed
    
11. Brute force programs, IP scanners, mail bombers, and spam scripts. Not allowed
12. HostWP.io agrees with freedom of speech. However, Hostwp.io does not allow websites with the following content: Racism of any kind, including but not limited to color, religion, creed, or any other beliefs. Other content that is prohibited are threats, hate websites, terrorist websites, violent websites, and malicious content.

HostWP.io will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of server abuse and reserves the right to terminate the account without notification.

Early Termination/Cancellation

HostWP.io reserves the right to cancel a user’s service at any time. If cancellation is caused by user violation of these policies, then no refund is due. Users may cancel service at any time, but no refund is due.

If you wish to cancel your services, you must notify us five (5) business days prior to your renewal date. If your notice of cancellation is not received within this time frame, you will be liable for payment of the proceeding month and hereby agree to complete payment as invoiced accordingly. You may cancel by sending a support ticket or by using the cancellation form within your client area.

If you cancel your account and your payments still continue to recur for any reason such as 1) by fault of HostWP.io staff 2) by fault of the credit card processor 3) by fault of any other payment processing company, we are to be held free of liability for any overdraft fees that are issued by your financial institution.

Refunds

Our refund policy is 30 days after purchasing a service. If you are unhappy for any reason with HostWP.io you may cancel your account within 30 days. It only applies to accounts that are canceled by the user, not by HostWP.io.

Migration Policy

HostWP.io provides complimentary migration assistance for up to 15 domains. For more, please contact our support to get a quote.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
